I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Phuket! the location was perfect - just a short 5-minute walk from Patong beach. It was so convenient to be able to stroll down to the beach whenever I wanted. Secondly, the value for money was incredible. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the excellent location. Lastly, the staff were amazing. They were friendly, hospitable, and always there to assist with any questions or concerns. this hotel provided an enjoyable and affordable experience.

All things considered, my stay at this hotel was great.

The staff working at the Golden house Hotel is very friendly and reliable. The plus of the hotel: it has an elevator - thta's an important point when you travel with heavy suitcases.

This hotel was great value for money! The location was fantastic, just a short 5-minute walk to Patong beach. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ensuring that our room was well taken care of with fresh towels and toiletries. The basic amenities were provided, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. One thing worth mentioning is the breakfast, which had a good selection and was a great way to start the day.

No major issues, everything was just fine.

Generally clean and rooms made up daily . Bed was comfortable . The staff were helpful and friendly . Location was very handy and close to shops and eateries

They did not provide drinking water ,drinking fountain as in the others nearby, and there were no kettle for tea/ coffee .

The hotel was lovely, perfect location: about 10 minutes walk from everything in Patong Beach but nice and quiet at night so you can sleep. The restaurant did amazing food and the lady who owns the place did this really lovely birthday breakfast for my friend. I cannot sing the praises of this place more or recommend it higher.

However, on the morning we needed to check out early in order to catch a bus back to Hat Yai, we had a serious issue with the reception staff who insisted we owed them another 950 baht on top of everything we'd already paid. Eventually we worked out that they were trying to charge us for breakfast on days we hadn't had breakfast because apparently there are these slips of paper which, if you don't hand in unused when you check out, are charged at the price of a breakfast for each slip. This was not something that was explained to us when we were given the slips, we merely assumed they were to let the staff know whether we wanted to put breakfast on the room tab or pay separately. It got sorted but we ended up missing our bus because of the hassle so this system is not ideal and possibly needs revising. It's a shame because the hotel really is lovely.

A great establishment like Booked.net should not deal with such hotel like golden house for all bad reasons you can imagine with out mention the details.I Am extremely request you not to recommend this hotel to your coustomers.

The location of the hotel is great. It is very close to Patong beach and right next to a night market which has great street food. You can enjoy a nice evening walk by the seaside and enjoy the hustle-bustle of the night market. the rooms are huge and have all the necessities like aircon and a fridge. the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel has a stuffy smell in corridors and rooms as mentioned by some previous guests.

The hotel was located conveniently near the beach and a night market with delicious street food. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the room and hotel facilities. The staff was helpful and welcoming.

Great vacation spot! Had a wonderful time in a beautiful location. The friendly staff made our stay pleasant. The location is superb, with a delicious food court nearby. We really loved the convenient access to local travel guide booths on every corner.

The air-conditioning in our room wasn't working, which made the room too warm. This could be improved with some servicing.

I recently stayed at this hotel for two weeks during my scuba diving holiday and I must say, it was a great value for money. The location was excellent, close to Patong beach and a big shopping center, making it very convenient to explore the area. The room was spacious and had all the basic amenities I needed, including good air conditioning, a bar fridge, and a safe for my valuables. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring that my stay was comfortable. I also appreciated the fact that there were shops nearby, making it easy to buy my own drinks and snacks whenever I wanted. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

There was one minor aspect that could be improved, but it did not affect my overall experience.
